RwProg is a universal tool for reading and programming low-frequency RFID transponders. It can be installed on a Flash drive for a portable version, and requires a USB-COM cable with a FTDI (FT232xx) based connection. It has automatic transponder type detection, and an in-built Open Pascal Script language with standard Object Pascal syntax for creating scripts.
